Throughout my career as a BCBA, I’ve had the privilege of guiding families through various challenges, including sleep difficulties. But it wasn’t until I became a parent myself that I truly understood just how vital restful sleep is for the mental and physical health of the entire family.

 

Drawing on my background in behavior analysis, I was able to create personalized routines and strategies that helped our daughter—and our household—thrive. This experience deepened my passion for helping other families navigate this tender season of life with confidence, compassion, and science-backed support.

At Softly to Sleep, our approach is rooted in empathy, expertise, and evidence-based practices. I work to understand the unique needs of each child and family, and then tailor my recommendations to suit individual lifestyles and parenting philosophies. Through a collaborative partnership, I guide parents in implementing gentle and sustainable sleep solutions that prioritize the well-being of the child and strengthen the parent-child bond.
